DAY 1- HANOI ARRIVAL – HANOI Half day CITY TOUR

  • Welcome to Hanoi, you will be collected by our local guide at Hanoi Airport and transfer to your hotel for check in by our driver only (check in after 14.00PM daily/ local time/ no early check in including).Free time then.
  • 13h15 – 13h45: Our Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We start to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam. The Temple of Literature was founded in 1070.
  • 14h45: Keep going to visit Hoa Lo Prison, The prison was built by the French, from 1886 to 1901, When Vietnam was still part of French Indochina. The French called the prison Maison Centrale. The prison was called “A Hell on Earth” and now the prison is like a war museum for those who want to understand more about the war against France of Vietnamese people.
  • 15h45: After visiting Hoa Lo Prison, we enjoy Egg Coffee Before Coming back to your hotel.

  • The local driver will be waiting for you at arrival hall at the airport. He will be holding a welcome board with your names on it. Transfer to Hanoi hotel downtown takes just around 35 minutes.

DAY 2 Hoa Lu – Mua Cave – Tam Coc boat trip/ SIC (B,L)

  • 07:30 – 8:00 – Our guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start 120km comfortable bus journey through verdant landscape. Stop over for a rest on the way. Transfer to Halong Bay (approx. 3.5-4 hours by private vehicle).
  • 10:30 – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with King Dinh Temple dating back to the 17th Century.
  • 12:00 – Enjoy the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines
  • 13:30 – Take sampan boat trip which owned and rowed by locals, gently sailing along Ngo Dong river, capturing the wonderful scenery of Karst hills, rice fields, and peaceful villages, and passing “Hang Ca”, “Hang Hai” and “Hang Ba”.
  • 15:30 – Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with precious view of the nature
  • 17:15 – Return to our bus and then come back to Hanoi.
  • 19:45 – Drop you off at your hotel. Stay at Hotel. Trip ends

DAY 3– Ha Long Bay Day cruise/ SIC – Hanoi (B,L)

  • 08:15 – 09:00: Our bus and guide pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new high way to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way.
  • 12:00: Arriving Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing The ship will take you on an over 5 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat.
  • 13:45: Arriving Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, the go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. Visiting Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titov Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.
  • 16:30: Returning to the Cruise for relaxing and cruising back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There will be a lot of time for sun bathing on upper deck, enjoy Sunset Party with great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.

  • Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program. Their maximum working time for sightseeing is from
    08:00am – 17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm. Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00pm including pick up/drop off
    from/to your hotel. Overtime will be surcharge (case by case)
    1. If you need more time for sightseeing or dinner, please inform us in advance to include the cost from beginning
    2. For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and
      vehicle/driver escort for meals
    3. Your understanding and punctuality is appreciated because our tour guide(s) and driver(s) also need to refresh and
      recharge their health to work well on the next days
  • 30% of the total tour cost to be deposited upon commitment of the tour. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • 70% of the total tour cost to be paid 40 days prior to arrival date.
  • 100% of the total tour is required 39days prior departure or within 24 hours of confirmation if travelling within 39 days
    from departure.
  • Any cancellations should be made in witting.
  • 30- 25 days or more prior to arrival date: 30% deposit.
  • 29 – 20 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 18 – 10 days prior to arrival date: 90% of the total tour cost.
  • 10 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of the total tour cost.

non-refundable. If you need any changes please let us know before confirmation of the Package or Hotel booking as it will not be
possible for us to make any revisions or changes in the travel itinerary. However after the booking if you still need any upgrade
or changes in your Hotel Category, means of Transport, Room types and last but not the least the Itinerary itself then it
should be done from your end paying extra charges to the concerned parties on spot and also the company shall not be liable
for any changes or upgrades made by you and it will be on your own discretion.
