Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are subject to cancellation charges set by the airline, which vary by flight and booking class.
- World Link Tours & Travels charges a nominal fee of ₹100 per passenger per sector for domestic flights and ₹300 per passenger per sector for international flights as cancellation service charges in addition to the cancellation penalty charged by Airline and the balance will be refunded.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-cancellable, as per the airline’s policy.
- Cancellations can be made online or offline through the Sign Up/Sign In section or by emailing World Link Tours & Travels.
- Amendments may require contacting the airline directly in some cases.
- Amendment charges vary based on airline policies, flight timings, and booking class.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of departure, contact the airline directly and then submit a cancellation request on our website for refunds.
- For direct cancellations through airlines, refunds will reflect airline charges plus World Link Tours & Travels’s service fee. No cancellations are entertained after flight departure or in case of a no-show.
- In case of a no-show, the refund amount depends entirely on the airline’s policy, and World Link Tours & Travels will refund only the amount received from the airline.
Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy
- Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and room type.
- The applicable policy is shown during booking and in the confirmation email.
- In case of a no-show, the booking may become non-refundable.
- For refundable cases, following fee applies:
1). Cancellations 30 days or more before departure: Initial deposit or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged.
2).Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
3).Cancellations 8–14 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
4).Cancellations within 8 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged, with no refunds.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after receiving a cancellation request through the Sign Up/Sign In section or via email.
- Air ticket refunds will be credited to the customer’s payment method after World Link Tours & Travels receives the refund from the airline.
- Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt from airlines, hotels, transporters, or other suppliers.
- Due to banking procedures, credit card refunds may take 72 hours, and net banking refunds may take 7 days.
